You will write a short essay in which you discuss the ways in which these sources reflect the Allied vision of a postwar world, and the obstacles they faced in achieving this vision. To get started, click the MindTap link in the Get Started Module and follow the directions below: • Navigate to Unit 6: Modern United States Imperialism and the World at War and click the drop-down arrow on the right. • Select the drop-down error on the left for Chapter 21: The World at War. • Select the drop-down for Review and Test Yourself • Select Chapter 21 Primary Source Writing Activity: The Road to Victory. • Open the activity and read the writing prompt and read through each of the primary source documents. When you are ready to start writing, open a new Word document and follow these guidelines to write your response: • Your response should be 2-3 paragraphs in length, and should meet the following criteria: o It addresses all portions of the topic or prompt. o It has a fully developed thesis. o Ideas are stated clearly and easy to understand. o Major supporting ideas are thoughtful, readily identi?able and well-developed in uni?ed paragraphs with concrete, substantial and relevant information. o It demonstrates command of language, with precise word choices, and few—if any—errors in usage or mechanics. Therefore, the allied countries had ensured that negotiations would be tried to be achieved as much as possible. However, there had not been mutual agreement achieved in every matter of discussion by the allied powers even for building up a peaceful postwar world.
